Your numbers

How much time do order emails cost you?

Assumes about 1 in 20 orders leads to a “where is my order?” email, and 4 minutes to find the order, copy the tracking and reply. Stores with slow shipping often get more.

Every month you spend about

answering ~50 order emails. That's about $67 of your time.

How it works

Set up in 5 minutes. No code, no new inbox.

Your customers keep emailing you like always. The replies just start writing themselves.

  1. 1

    Connect Shopify and Gmail

Two clicks. Read-only access to your orders. We can't change anything in your store.

  2. 2

    Preview the replies

See what it would have answered to your last order emails, before anything is switched on.

  3. 3

    Switch it on

Start with drafts you approve in Gmail. Move to auto-send once you trust it.

Safe by design

It knows when to answer, and when to leave it to you.

FAQ

Questions store owners ask

Which email inboxes does it work with?+

Gmail and Google Workspace today, which covers most Shopify stores. Outlook is next on the list.

Will it ever send customers wrong information?+

It only uses your real Shopify order data and the store info you write. If something isn't in there, it doesn't guess: it leaves the email for you. Before you switch it on, you can preview the replies it would have written to your last emails. Then start in draft mode and approve every reply until you trust it.

What does it do with tricky emails?+

Refunds, returns, damaged or missing items, “says delivered but I didn't get it”, complaints: those are left untouched in your inbox for you to answer.

Is my customers' data safe?+

Order details are only shared with the email address that placed the order. Access to your store is read-only, logins are encrypted, and email logs are deleted after 30 days.

Does it reply in other languages?+

Yes. It answers in whatever language the customer wrote in.

Is there a free trial?+

Yes: the Starter plan comes with a 14-day free trial, one per store. Nothing is charged during the trial. After that, billing runs through your normal Shopify bill, and you can cancel or change plan any time.
